If there is a problem with that, no problem we can keep it here. If you could send me your e-mail to contact you. I can't even play youtube and play WMP at the same time.ĮDIT: Well, it seems i have no choice but to work with you. Like Playing on guitar while listening to a song at same time. Will I will be able to play "Live" with this way. Well, I didn't understand you quite well. How I'd know if my GR3 version is a VST version.

Quote from: Yamadron on 21:45:32 Sorry for my ignorance, Juha. Will Il be able to play "Live" with this way. Reaper is quite easy to set up for this task of yours. record input (dry) and then tweak the sound afterwards by adding GR3 (or another effects)) - Through KVR Plug-in database, you'll find more effect plug-ins to use. (you can record your quitar playing (wet (the GR3 output) or dry (clean guitar sound )) as well, add another effect. Load GR3 into, lets say, Reapers FX slot and load the audiotrack as well (use another track). The GR3 VST (and DX if this is still there) version is just the same as the standalone version is (without I/O options). VST version is bundled w/ the GR package. Quote from: Juha on 06:20:17 In your situation, I would start using the VST version rather than what you are going to do. So could anyone help me ? Is vista the problem ? or my ALC272 doesn't support Multiple Streaming ? I don't think an old laptop will have a better Audio chipset than the Qosmio's.
GUITAR PRO 5 NO SOUND WINDOWS
Only, Guitar Rig 3 (ASIO4ALL) needs to start first, then I can play songs as many as I can with Windows Media player. I had another old Toshiba Satellite A110 laptop. It is running on Windows XP MCE 2005 SP2.
GUITAR PRO 5 NO SOUND PC
I have an Old PC in my home that has a Mercury motherboard. I have tried many audio apps, like Foobar with WASAPI enabled, J River as well, WinAmp. I can't run sounds while ASIO4ALL is using the speakers. I tried to play with a song at the background. It acts like my own guitar processor, I plug my guitar into the line in jack and everything works fine.
GUITAR PRO 5 NO SOUND DRIVERS
I installed the Universal ASIO4ALL drivers to use it with Guitar Rig 3. As you know ALC272 is a chipset do it doesn't have its own ASIO drivers. The laptop is running on Vista Home Premium SP1. I have a Toshiba Qosmio X300-158 Laptop with Realtek ALC272 High Definition Audio Codecs. Many people suggested me to try HydrogenAudio as they are expert in the Audio field. I don't know if it is hard to that limit to fix. I posted in forums and actually get no response. Select On in the Status of the MIDI control device you want to use.Well, I am searching for a solution to my problem for about 2 months.

The MIDI tab of the Audio and MIDI Settings dialog provides a list of all MIDI inputs and GUITAR RIG will automatically detect a MIDI device If your MIDI device has knobs, faders or other control sources, you can use those to control They wouldn't write something like:"if your MIDI device has knobs." if there wasn't a possibility to use a MIDI device/instrument other than the Rig Kontrol. To me, that's a 100 % proof that Guitar Rig 5 deals with MIDI instruments. Reference for YouRock - someone uses it live this way. Not quite sure how well it could work tho.
GUITAR PRO 5 NO SOUND DRIVER
The link may have been a driver that can do the same for the You rock. I can't see any benefit of this over a regular guitar though. However, of course it can be used to trigger any soft synths you may have.Ī device like the iAxe (USB guitar) probably has a driver to convert the usb signal into an ASIO driver that guitar rig can recognise as a regular sound input. It also works as a midi interface for your computer so that your You rock guitar (or any other midi device) can be connected to your computer via the Rig Kontrol.Īs with a midi keyboard, your You Rock guitar will not be able to trigger sounds in Guitar Rig. This input is there so that extra controllers can be configured in GR using midi. Rig Kontrol is the NI foot controller hardware for GR and it has midi input. As far as I understand I think the midi reference in GR s/w is for people who own a Rig Kontrol.
